  1. ODESSA COLLEGE BLOODDRIVE. Donate blood and save a life…or three! The blooddrive will be Monday, January 25th and Tuesday, January 26th from 9:00am-3:00pm. Make an appointment to donate here.
  2. WATER WISELY. Learn all about watering wisely in Midland! On Thursday, January 28th between 2:00-3:00pm, be sure to watch the Midland County Libraries page for the LIVE event, or head to Midland Centennial Library to check it out in front of the Wicked Plants Exhibit.  Be sure to pick up your student water conservation kits and adult water conservation kits.   3. EMPTY BOWLS 2021. 2021 Empty Bowls will be Saturday, January 30th from 11am-2pm, and will take place in the new Innovative Gardens at the West Texas Food Bank Midland Facility. This will be an outdoor event and will be open to the public. Tickets $15 per person, which includes the handmade ceramic bowl. Purchase your tickets here!
  4. COMMUNITY ART DAY. Head to Ellen Noel Art Museum on Saturday, January 30th from 1:30-3:30pm for an exciting Community Art Day with Basin PBS & Pots and Prints. Tour the newest exhibition, watch demo activities centered around print-making and hand-made valentines and take home a goodie bag for activities to do at home with the family!   5. MOSTLY MOZART. Presented by Midland-Odessa Symphony and Chorale, enjoy the classics, featuring Caryn Crutchfield on Oboe. This will be on Saturday, January 30th, at Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center. Tickets start at $10 and students are FREE! Get your tickets here.
