1. MOBILE COVID-19 TESTING. The City of Odessa will host two FREE drive-thru COVID-19 testing events this week. Tuesday, July 28th will be at Slator Park from 9:00am-11:00am, and Thursday, July 30th will be at Central Park from 9:00am-11:00am. Please remain in your vehicle until a team member approaches you.   2. MIDLAND YMCA BLOOD DRIVE. Donate blood and save a life! The first drive will be on Monday, July 27th, from 10:00am-2:00pm. The second drive will be Thursday, July 30th, from 10:00am-2:00pm. You can get details and register here.
  3. MAGIC BY HARLIN. Midland County Public Libraries will host children’s entertainer Harlin Rhoades on July 29th at the Midland County Horseshoe Arena. There will be two shows, the first at 11:00am and the second at 2:00pm. The event is free and open to the public. Masks are required and the room will be set up to promote social distancing.   4. HANK THE COWDOG STORYTIME. John Erickson, author of the beloved Hank the Cowdog series, will be singing and sharing stories, with a little surprise for everyone!! It will be Wednesday, July 29th, at the Gaines County Civic Building in Seminole. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. to ensure proper social distancing. Get all the details here!
