I saw a post on facebook today about "Goodwill Dating"... the jist of it is, couples challenge each other to wear an outfit from Goodwill out on a date. According to the post : Official rules: each person picks out their significant others (or BFF's) surprise outfit at Goodwill, $10 budget, outfit has to be gender appropriate. When on the date you can't tell people it's a joke. When you upload your picture you have to challenge two more couples. Good luck! Tomorrow the 2nd annual West Texas Family Christian Festival is taking place! It’s at Grande Stadium and it’s free! A play area is going to be available for kids. It kicks off at 11am and goes all the way until 11pm.

I'm with a bunch of other Texans in thinking that September should become a state holiday in Texas. I'd spend my holiday wearing camo, sitting in the brush, waiting on the birds to fly! Of course, September 1 is the opening day of dove season in Texas. Pat Green even wrote a song about it:
