We were honored by the Country Music Association
with 4 nominations for the “Broadcast
Personality of the Year” award and won it in
1996!And
we were the first winners of the Country Radio
Broadcasters “Personality of the Year” award
in 2000.
And after being on the air for less than three
years, KICKS 99.1 received the nomination for
“Station of the Year” by the CMA in 2004!
And now we have been recognized by the Academy
of Country Music with the "Broadcast Personality
Of The Year" award!
More importantly we have been honored
right here in our own community in more ways
than we can say.So, Thank You West Texas for making us
feel like family.
