Born in Los Angeles but raised in New Mexico, I got my start in radio my freshman year of college at
Eastern New Mexico University in Portales New Mexico.  After a short stint in Portales, I got my first paying radio job in my hometown of Alamogordo, New Mexico.  I worked for various stations in southern New Mexico while attending New Mexico State University before I went to American Broadcasting School in Dallas Texas.  After graduation, I worked for Salem Radio Network in Irving Texas. 
Before landing in Midland I was working a morning show in Alamogordo New Mexico for KRSY radio.  After two years of morning radio, I landed back in Texas with KICKS 99.
