This May Hunter Hayes will try to break the world record for most concerts in 24 hours. The current record is held by Indie rockers The Flaming Lips who did 8 shows in 24 hours back in 2012 across the Mississippi Delta. Hunter Hayes is going to up that by doing 10 shows in 10 different cities. He kicks it off with an 8am spot on Good Morning America, then hops into a car AND WILL DRIVE HIMSELF (while I'm sure abiding by all traffic laws) to the next shows, it will hopefully end with his 10th and final concert at 5am in Philly the next morning.
Hunter is doing this just for a spot in the history books, he is doing to raise awareness for children's hunger and has partnered with ConAgra Foods’ Child Hunger Ends Here program. Child Hunger Ends Here is issuing a challenge to break their own record for the most meals donated in 24 hours. To help them break the record and end child hunger, look for the red pushpin and locate the code found on specially marked ConAgra Foods products. For each 8-digit code entered at www.ChildHungerEndsHere.com, ConAgra Foods will donate the monetary equivalent of one meal to Feeding America.
