Internet rumors say Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift are to be kept as far apart as possible at Sunday’s Grammy’s because they don’t get along but credible sources say this just isn’t true.
Speaking of Taylor, she’ll open the Grammy’s on two stages and producers say it’s probably the biggest production element of the whole show. Miranda Lambert will duet with Dierks Bentley, Zac Brown, Elton John and more team up for a tribute to the late Levon Helm. Carrie Underwood, Hunter Hayes and Kelly Clarkson will also perform and presenters include Keith Urban, Tim and Faith and Zac Brown Band.
A Grammy memo was leaked a few days ago revealing a new dress code this year - no see thru clothing, nothing exposed that shouldn’t be, no T-shirts promoting a brand name and any foreign languages on clothes will need to be cleared.
Brad Paisley is trying to downsize as he and his wife are selling their Los Angeles home for just under $3 million. If they get that price, it’ll be great as they only paid $1.64 million.
Saturday night on CBS there’s a special, ‘The Grammys Will Go On: A Death in the Family,’ it’s about Whitney Houston and it’ll include an interview with Taylor Swift.
Finally - Kelly Clarkson’s on the cover of People out today.
