A Dallas songwriter is suing Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, their labels, publishing companies, and two Nashville songwriters for copyright infringement, claiming they ripped off her song ‘Remind Me,’ that they heard her perform in 09. She’s seeking $10 million in damages. Brad released ‘Remind Me’ in 2011 and it went on be a #1 hit for he and Carrie.
