Justin Moore will be on the ballot for ACM New Artist of the Year in April along with Kip Moore and Brett Eldredge. The CEO of the ACM’s knew Justin was technically ineligible because their rule is New Artists can’t sell over 500,000 albums and Justin’s done that but they nominated him anyway saying it’s with in their right to quote, “be flexible."
