  2. ICE CREAM 5K. Join the Odessa Parks & Recreation Department and Vital Care for an ice cream themed 5K Fun Run. Runners will get an ice cream sandwich at the end of the race, The first 50 people to pre-register will receive a free t-shirt. It is $10 for ages 16 and up. Kids 15 and under are free. It starts this Saturday morning at 9 at Sherwood Park.
  3. MONAHANS FARMERS MARKET. This is the final weekend! Enjoy farm-fresh foods that are locally grown and locally made. It starts this Saturday morning at 9am at Hill Park in Monahans.
  4. MIDLAND NEED TO READ: ADULT SPELLING BEE. Cheating is acceptable (even encouraged). Adults 21 and older are invited to participate.
